Measure 1 heaping teaspoon of tea for 8-10 oz of freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, or longer if you prefer a stronger cup like Queenie. Remove the tea leaves before drinking. Add milk and the sweetener of your choice after steeping, to taste. Steeping is a matter of personal preference, and finding yours takes a little trial and error. We have a product item for disposable tea filters (100 count) if you need an easy way to deal with loose tea leaves.
150g of tea is NOT a sample; it's a proper supply. This amount (150g) of this loose leaf tea is roughly 50 cups of properly made tea. One heaping teaspoon per cup. This will make 15+ tea pots when using one heaping *tablespoon* of tea. The Queen does not do skimpy measures. Steeped daily, that's nearly two months of afternoon tea.
This collection of Earl Greys is made up of teas from around the world; Sri Lanka, India, Kenya and Albania among them. All small batch blended in Canada and packed in Canada or the USA, with premium ingredients. The Queen has been particular about all of this so that you don't have to be. Steep a cup and see!
